1. How can I get a Quote from BP Clean?

2. What happens if I am not satisfied with BP Clean services?

It is highly unlikely that you may not be satisfied with BP Clean services. However, if our work does not meet your expectations, we will arrange a convenient appointment to rectify any unfulfilled duties, free of charge.
For any problems or issues related to BP Clean quality of service, simply send us your feedback within 24 hours and we will raise it with our Customer Services Department at our earliest convenience.

3. What are the payment types accepted by BP Clean?
Currently BP Clean operates cheques,cash or bank transfer policy only. It is advisable that you release payment with the cleaner once job is completed.

4. Is there a minimum charge for BP Clean cleaning services?

All services provided by BP Clean are subject to a minimum charge of £60.00.

 

5. When can I make a booking for a BP Clean service?
BP Clean customer services department is available to take your call and answer any queries between 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:00 Saturdays.

6. Is BP Clean insured?
BP Clean is covered by a comprehensive Employers Public Liability Insurance.   

 

7. Do you guarantee BP Clean services?

BP Clean can guarantee that all services will be carried out to highest standarts for your complete satisfaction. However, if we do not meet your expectations, a member of our team will re-do the job FREE OF CHARGE for the best possible results. See above.

 

8. Does BP Clean provide all cleaning equipment, products and materials?

Our BP Clean cleaning teams will bring along all chemicals and equipment necessary for the perfect outcome, should you require that service. We would require you to provide us with access to your property, water and electricity and we will do the rest.

 

9. How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?

It depends on factors such as materials, care of usage, number of occupants, kids, pets, traffic, etc. BP Clean reccommends a professional cleaning every 6-12 months as we consider hygiene is a key factor to good health and should be a number one priority for everybody.

 

10. How long does it for the carpet to dry?

BP Clean `s experince shows that the drying process normally takes about 2-3 hours, however in cases where extensive treatment is applied it might take longer. Factors as outdoor humidity and temperature should also be taken into account.

 

11. How long will it take to clean my carpet?

On average, it will take approximately 30 to 40 mins per room. This time may, however, vary depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, condition, dirtiness and maintenance of carpet and if pre-treatments are required.

 

12. How long should I allow before I to let my children or pets on the carpet?
BP Clean reccommends you to limit the activity on the carpet to foot traffic until the carpet is completely dry, as wet or damp surfaces are more likely to get stained again.

 

13. Is VAT included in the price?
Yes, VAT is included! All our prices for carpet & upholstery cleaning published or quoted are inclusive of VAT.

 

14. Who pays for the parking facilities?
If the parking facilities in your area are free of charge, we will kindly ask you to secure a space for a BP Clean vehicle in front of your property and if necessary provide a valid temporary parking permit.
If it is not possible for you to make parking arrangements, then the relevant parking fee will be added to your bill.
You will have to cover the congestion charge fee, in cases where property is based within the London CC area.

 

15. Are you working in the weekend?

For your convenience, our teams are available all weekend according to prior arrangements.

 

16. Is there extra charge for cleaning in the weekend?
BP Clean prides itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and therefore our prices are final. There are NO extra charges for visiting you on a weekend.

17. Do I need to move furniture?
A tidy and uncluttered area allows us to work more efficiently. We advise that you clear away small items such as pot plants and light furniture to prevent any possible damages and to allow cleaners to reach all possible areas.


18. How do you employ all your staff?

Our staff are all our own experienced team of cleaners, experts in each particular cleaning job.
